Photo-Genic
I've been interested in photographing for a while now. I just love pictures, and I hope that one day, I will be good enough to make very professional looking pictures. This year I was in able to buy myself a nice camera, and I started to snap quite a lot of times, especially during my summer holiday. If you haven't read my "Autobiography" page, you probably don't know why I put up 'Photo-genic' up as page title. Basically, it was a name me and my friend made, symbolizing our interest in photography. Anyways, here is my "album" so far:
All enlarged pictures come up in pop-ups. Works the best in IE and Opera. Firefox somehow doesn't want to resize it properly, but looks good enough.
April 15th, 2005 - I made these pictures on a day out with my friend that shares this same intestest with me. This place is called 'Vondelpark', which is suppose to be a public garden. They lie. There's garbage laying all over the place, and bikes keep coming out of nowhere. But there were some nice trees and flowers around, so I didn't care much. This was the time when I was still new with my camera, so there aren't many pictures that came out nice. But I liked a few a lot, so I thought that it wouldn't hurt to put them here too.
May 4th, 2006 - This is a collection of very beautiful nature pictures. It's been made in 'Keukenhof', which is a flower exposition in Lisse, the Netherlands. It's only open for a small period during Spring, so it was definitely nice to go there to snap some pictures.
July 27th, 2006 - Another photoshoot that I did with my friend. It was in another public garden, called 'Amstelpark'. This place was much better than the previous one, but a little bit smaller. I had the intentions of making pictures with my dolls, so there weren't a lot of that weren't related to dolls. I still had managed to get a few nice pictures, including one of a beautiful black rooster (yeah, I'm that weird to call a rooster beautiful).
